Main Street, to East Main St, all the way to the end of East Main St, to Pocket Road. You have to cross the entire city from one side to the other, about 3 miles. You are talking about a 1 hour walk or so to the base.

Hey,
I thought that your blog entry about the Mt. Beacon trail was very informative. I am thinking of going to check it out this friday, but will be taking the metro north train up to Beacon and then walking to the mountain. Should i follow 9D or main street to get to the entrance of the "white trail"?
